Return Policy

We offer a 10-day return period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused.

To start a return, please email us at info@amalijewelry.com or contact us through our contact page and we’ll send you a return shipping label to ship it back to us.

You will automatically receive a refund through your original payment method once your return is accepted.

Please note, jewelry purchased through any of our retailers must be returned to the store from which it was purchased and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.

Exchanges

If you would like to return an item that you have purchased in exchange for a different item, we recommend that you simply return the first item and then, after that return has been accepted, purchase the new item in a second transaction. This is the best and fastest way to accomplish an exchange.
