Return Policy

We want you to love the way Amáli Jewelry looks and feels on you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise in resaleable condition within 7 days of receipt of your order for a refund or an exchange.

Please e-mail sales@amalijewelry.com or call 781-789-8976 to arrange returns and/or exchanges. Returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.

We will credit your credit card for the full amount minus initial shipping and handling costs within two business days of receiving your shipment.

The customer will bear responsibility for return shipping costs. You must ship your package via U.S. Postal Service Registered Mail™, insure for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)

For security reasons, do not write Amáli Jewelry anywhere on the package.
